Esprit de Coeur requires a signed agreement and a deposit to secure the space selected for all events.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but will be applied towards the rental fee. Once the agreement and deposit are received, the event will be considered confirmed. The deposit amount is 50% of the rental package. The remaining rental fee is due 6 months prior to the event date. The final invoice (beverage package, staffing, etc. is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Esprit de Coeur has a parking lot adjacent to Scratch Restaurant, which is just steps away from the venue. There are street parking options, which are free during nights and weekends.
